After choosing your oil blend from the award winning Aromatherapy Associates range; De-stress mind, De-stress muscle, Revive, Light Relax, Deep Relax or Paula’s favourite, Inner Strength, the benefits of inner strength massage and bath oil include balancing, uplifting, calming and re-focusing. Your therapist will start by exfoliating and massaging your back, followed by a luxury hands-on facial using vitamins and peptides essential for nourishing and rejuvenating your skin, finishing your time with us with an express manicure and pedicure. Complimenary fruit and teas will be served in our nail room or relaxation room.
Then start to relax with a deep pressure point massage starting with your back, legs and soles of the feet. We will start your full body total indulgent aromatherapy massaging your back then legs and feet before we you turn over, and work on your face, arms and shoulders, we will finish with a scalp massage easing tension and stress and relaxing your entire body.
This will be followed by a deeply hydrating and nourishing facial followed by with a luxury full manicure and full pedicure and a glass of bubbly and nibbles. You are then free to relax further in our luxurious 4 person relaxation room.

A deeply relaxing facial using pregnancy safe Aromatherapy Associates Rose Oil to hydrate your skin will start your journey of relaxation. We then massage into your neck, shoulders and scalp melting away tension to leave you relaxed and energised.
Or if you’d rather, we can treat you to an incredible back and scalp massage using our pregnancy specific massage cushions that support you and relax your muscles.
A sensational foot spa treatment using energising ginger extract, a gentle foot and lower leg salt polish and ginger silkening souffle massage to ease tension and fluid from your legs and anklss. Your heals will be softened, cuticles and toe nails tidied and a polish of your choice will be applied.
