Age Restrictions. Due to the Child protection act, if the individual booking a treatment with us is under 18 years of age, then we will require a parent or guardian to be present throughout the treatment or give authorisation for us to perform the treatment on a minor. Failure to do so will result in the treatment having to be cancelled and rescheduled for a time that a parent or guardian can be there throughout the entirety of the treatment. There may be a charge incurred should this happen.

Health Concerns. If you have any health concerns that you believe could affect the treatment you have booked for, then please do inform us before your appointment.

Respect. Here at The Hart Spa, we ask that all clients turn their phone to silent when they entire our clinic. We also request that it is not answered within the clinic. This is to ensure maximum relaxation for those who have booked in for treatments and for mutual respect to happen between our clients.

Unused Treatment Courses. Any unused courses cannot be refunded but the remaining money can be transferred to other treatments.

Cancellation of Treatments. If you need to cancel a treatment, please give 24 hours’ notice, failure to give the correct notice or failure to show for an appointment, 100% of the treatment charge will be required.

Patch Tests. If you have booked in at The Hart Spa for a lash or brow tint, HD brows, or LVL lashes, then you will be required to have a patch test done at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the appointment having to be cancelled and rescheduled and a charge may be incurred.

Late Shows. If you turn up late for your appointment at The Hart Spa, then your treatment will be adjusted to suit the amount of time that there is left and the cost of the full treatment will be charged .

Change of Mind. If you have changed your mind about your treatment and would like to change for another treatment please inform us ASAP so that we can do our best to accomodate you. wIf you no longer want the appointment, and have not given us 24 hours notice, the full appointment cost will be incurred.

Complaints. We take client satisfaction extremely seriously, and strive to please every client. After your treatment, if you are unhappy with the service we have given, please let us know within 24 hours of your treatment so that we can rectify or improve the outcome for you.

Liability. The Hart Spa will not accept liability for any damage or the theft of belongings whilst you are in the clinic.
