Advanced booking for all treatments and services are recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

If you decide to pop in, we will, however, endeavour to give you our next available appointment.

Any unused courses cannot be refunded but the remaining money can be transferred to other treatments.

Our Clinic Covid-19 Safety Procedures
Here at The Hart Spa Sevenoaks, we would like to reassure our clients of the safety procedures that we will have in place. These safety procedures are to ensure that we are Covid 19 secure, in order to reduce the risk for our clients and team of beauty therapists.

Sanitisation and PPE
Hand sanitiser is available in reception and in all treatment rooms.

We sanitise our hands before, during and after each appointment.

We wear gloves and masks for every appointment.

We have face shields, as well as masks. This is to reassure our clients when performing treatments on the face.

There is a 15-minute gap booked out before and after each client. This enables us to sanitise the room and all equipment. We also have 30 minutes booked out at the end of each day in order for us to clean and sanitise the whole salon.

Gift Vouchers and Product Delivery

We operate a free delivery and postage service on all orders and gift vouchers over £50. If you would like to collect them, we can allocate you a 15- minute appointment. For collection, please drop us an email at info@thehartspasevenoaks.co.uk , or call us on 01732456848 if you prefer.

Cancelled or Missed Appointments

If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do this will result in a charge for the full cost of your appointment. We hope you can understand that our business, like so many others, have suffered a tremendous loss over the last 9 months. We will not survive if appointments are cancelled at short notice, or if clients fail to show.

If you have Covid 19 symptoms, a positive test result or you have been told to self-isolate, then our cancellation policy will not apply to you.

Here at The Hart Spa Sevenoaks, we will continue to monitor the government’s guidelines, then take the necessary actions and of course, continue to update you all. Thank you for your understanding.

Kindly contact us if your plans change so that we may re-schedule your appointment. We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

We regret a full charge will be imposed with less than 24 hours notice or in a “no show” situation, unless the appointment can be given to another guest.

New clients are requested to check in at the reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment.As part of our personalised service guests are asked to complete a health consultation on their first visit.

We encourage patrons to be on time as late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, fever, diabetes or heart conditions are advised to consult their doctor before undergoing any spa treatments.

Please inform us of your special needs or concerns at the time of booking and prior to the commencement of any spa treatments or service.

To ensure our guests know exactly how long they will be in the Clinic, we have included a consultation and relaxation period within our treatment times.

We accept payment in the form of cash UK Sterling, debit card and all major credit cards. At present we regret we are unable to accept Amex.

Without prior consent, no individuals under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the Spa without a guardian. We seek your kind understanding and co-operation.

The Hart Spa Sevenoaks offers a VIP suite designed for guests who desire treatments together. Please request this at time of booking.

Gift vouchers make wonderful and thoughtful gifts.

They can be purchased by email or over the phone and mailed to you or directly to the recipient. We also offer a wide selection of products, many of which are already presented in gift boxes, or we will happily do the wrapping for you.
